Warranty claims

To make a warranty claim, we need the following information:

  • Image of the defect
  • Copy of the invoice with purchase date
  • Serial number (frames, handlebars and forks only)
  • Image showing the entire product (frames only)

Send the above information by email to info@original-bmx.store . We cannot process your warranty claim without this information.

If a warranty claim is approved, we will replace the product with the original product if it is in stock or available. If the product is unavailable, we will replace it with something similar.

It is the responsibility of Original BMX Store to repair or replace the product under warranty. All other charges are the responsibility of the product owner. Before requesting a warranty replacement, please check the manufacturer's warranty policy and the points below to avoid disappointment and misunderstandings.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, abuse or neglect
  • Bent or dented parts
  • Changes of any kind to any part
  • Loose ball bearings
  • Items such as tires, grips, brake pads and cables

The standard warranty is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. After this period, any warranty must first be inspected by the manufacturer. If your product came with a warranty card, please include it with your warranty claim. If you are not the original owner, check with the manufacturer to see if the warranty covers used products before requesting a warranty.
